In Eklektik, the modern comfort is united with a personal welcome feeling. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation of reservation of a ROOM by the Guest shall be notified in writing to Eklektik Guest House and shall submit the guest to the payment of a cancellation charge to Eklektik Guest House depending on the date of receipt, by Eklektik, of the cancellation notification as follows: • from 30 to 15 days prior to the date of stay: 50% of the total price • from 15 to 10 days prior to the date of stay: 75% of the total price • less than 10 days prior to the date of stay: 100% of the total price Cancellations Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival. There is a $35 SERVICE FEE for all cancellations. Refunds A full refund less a $35.00 processing fee will be returned provided a 21 day prior to arrival notice given in writing and signed with proper ID. We must receive this by US MAIL or FAX ONLY. Cancellations less than 21 days of arrival and before 10 days will forfeit 50% of the deposit and a $50 fee. Cancellations less than 10 days of arrival forfeit 100% of deposit. ALL Holiday and Special Event deposits are nonrefundable. No refunds will be given for early departure.
